Following on from quality music from Levi Verspeek, Dubsons and Guy From Downstairs, Body Parts call upon the talents of rising Romanian duo Nice 'N Trick to deliver the latest installment in the Moscow labels digital series. The Balansoar EP continues the labels refined aesthetic of intricate rhythms and expressive tones with three original cuts of advanced dancefloor hypnosis from the Bucharest-based production team previously spotted on Tupiar and Mulen Records. Triangalon casts a seductive spell with its warm synth tones and pattering drums while Acidulescu heads into darker broken beat territory. Balansoar meanwhile strikes a fine balance between the two in a perfectly hazy, late morning mood full of distant samples and delicate percussion. Brett Jacobs serves up a remix of Balansoar that raises the intensity of the title track without losing its elegance, while Nima Gorji turns out a version of Acidulescu that heads into dense, tracky territory for the deepest end of the dance.
